Oab exchange 2003 not updating


















We have only recently started looking at Outlook Cached mode and it has come to light that the Offline address book is not working properly. Clients cannot download it manually using Outlook Get error 0x Attachments: Up to 10 attachments including images can be used with a maximum of 3. Deleting OAB in user profile definitely solves this.

Wish there was a way to delete them globally. Otherwise you could always use a vbscript to enumate the computer accounts in the domain and delete the files remotely If you wanted to check whether outlook was running you could use a findstr command with the output from pslist.
